“跟賣狗”在郵件中寫出了他跟賣的套路：
第一、他知道賣家是個中國賣家，而且他可以找到他想賣的東西。 如果賣家有品牌注冊，請提供uspto號碼，他將立即停止銷售； 如果沒有，那么每個人都可以出售這個產品。
第二、他聲稱自己有很多個賬號，如果賣家不讓自己跟賣，他就會一直投訴賣家有假貨，直到讓賣家的賬戶關閉。
第三、他嫌棄賣家的listing不好，鼓勵賣家優化listing，如果賣家的listing優化好了，他會更有興趣來跟賣。
怎么樣，這個“跟賣狗”的套路是不是很牛很囂張？看到這里讓小編不禁感嘆，原來跟賣也可以跟賣的這么理直氣壯！?

那么，遇到這種跟賣行為，賣家該如何防止跟賣呢？
很多人第一時間可能會想到向亞馬遜申訴，但也許有人會第一時間跟“跟賣狗”聯系私下交流解決。
其實，針對這種情況，賣家朋友可以嘗試參加亞馬遜的Transparency program（透明計劃），該計劃今年已經開始面向賣家，賣家參加了透明計劃之后，可以從亞馬遜得到一個標識符，即一個加密的26位字母數字代碼，它能生成獨一無二的二維碼，這些二維碼與SKU對應，跟賣或者仿冒產品的賣家是無法偽造這種二維碼的，也就無法進入亞馬遜的倉庫，從而達到防跟賣的目的。?
更加值得高興地是，該計劃前6個月免費，但是，目前Transparency服務和Transparency APP僅在美國可用！

發給亞馬遜的投訴模板：

如果想要提高成功率，賣家需要滿足以下幾點要求：
1、郵件一定要寫清楚被侵權的品牌名；
2、舉證侵權的賣家和侵權的ASIN鏈接；
3、如果已經通過亞馬遜品牌備案2.0，提供case ID；
4、官方、權威的其他能證明你是Brand owner的證據（比如商標證書、官網的品牌信息鏈接）。

We kindly request that you follow our instructions:
1、 Remove your offers from all “ A ” product pages on amazon.com within 24 hours, and do not list items on Aicok’s product pages in the future.
2、Send us confirmation after you have removed the previously stated products and listings.
